These terms cover your use of the Pace website and waitlist while we build toward launch. A separate, fuller set of terms will govern the Pace app when it becomes available.

1. Agreement to these terms

This website at pacedating.co (the “Site”) is operated by Pace Amora LLC (“Pace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Georgia limited liability company. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and to join the waitlist. Pace is an adults-only dating service. By using the Site you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist expresses interest in Pace. It does not create an account, does not guarantee access to Pace, and does not obligate you to purchase anything. Founding-membership interest is an indication of interest only; pricing, availability, terms, and timing are not final and may change. We may contact you with updates about Pace and, if you requested it, about founding membership.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including the Pace name and wordmark, text, design, graphics, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Pace Amora LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• Use the Site to send spam or for any unlawful purpose;
• Interfere with the Site’s operation or security;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site through automated means without permission.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party providers (such as our website host and email platform) and may link to third-party sites or app-store listings. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any launch date, feature, or pricing described on the Site is final.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pace Amora LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the waitlist.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as Pace develops. Changes take effect when posted, and the date above will be updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
